This online class will focus on Cardio and body weight exercises that you can do at home. All you need is a towel and some water (to drink), no extra equipment needed (however, you may choose to use weights if you prefer). This is a one-hour class. Please be prepared to stay for the entire period.
NOTE: Your camera must be ON and focused on you throughout the class.
