This is the appropriate entry point for those new to fitness. Even those who have been working out for a while but are new to FemiFitness workouts may find this as the best way to ease into the intensity of FemiFitness workouts. Although labelled "Beginner", these workouts are by no means for the faint-hearted. The workouts are very intense, but often may not include as much jumping. Workouts in this category are mostly knee-friendly.
