You can cancel your subscription through the “Manage Subscriptions” link on your “My Account” page.
You can pause your subscription for a set period of time. Pausing your subscription will put a hold on charging your payment on file for the duration of the pause. To pause your subscription, use the “Manage Subscriptions” link in your “My Account” page. Follow the instructions to access your Private Customer Portal.
Click on “My Account” in the top menu bar. Once on the “My Account” page, click on “Manage Subscriptions” and follow the instructions on the page. From there, you’ll be able to update your payment information.
If you are a new subscriber, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the library. Follow the instructions carefully.
